Ms. Urvashi Chhaiya is an empathetic and passionate academician. She has completed her B.Com. and M.Com. in Accounting from M.J. Kundaliya English Medium Mahila Commerce College Rajkot. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Accountancy from Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University, Junagadh. Ms. Chhaiya is employed at Government Arts & Commerce College, Vanthali, as a SHODH Fellow. Her research focuses on achieving optimum capital structure. She firmly believes that education provides the wings to fly. Ms. Chhaiya firmly believes in the transformative power of education, holding the conviction that it allows individuals with wings to soar.
