We provide skills development training for higher and technical education students to prepare them for industry demands. Our program addresses the need for skilled manpower by establishing strong linkages between educational institutions and industries. We ensure a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship by focusing on future quality development in education and industry. We train students in Functional English Grammar, enhancing their written communication skills, and Communicative English, improving their spoken interactions. Additionally, we equip students with essential Life Skills and Employability Skills, such as problem-solving, teamwork, and interview techniques, which are fundamental requirements for modern industries.

Functional English Grammar and Communicative English:

We train learners in practical English for everyday life through a learner-centred course designed to help them gain fluency and accuracy. Our approach is communicative, focusing on teaching English in a way that prepares learners to use it effectively in real-life contexts. By emphasizing practical usage, we ensure that learners can confidently navigate everyday situations and communicate clearly in English. Our curriculum includes activities that simulate real-world interactions, such as conversations, role-plays, and practical writing exercises. We also provide feedback and personalized guidance to address individual learning needs and enhance language skills. Functional and Spoken English Skills:

અંગ્રેજી ભાષા પર પ્રભુત્વ મેળવવું આજના સમયમાં જરૂરી નહિ, અનિવાર્ય છે. અંગ્રેજી ભાષાના તજજ્ઞો દ્વારા માત્ર ૧૦ દિવસમાં, અંગ્રેજી ભાષાને સ્પષ્ટ અને સરળ રીતે વાતચીતમાં ઉપયોગ કરતા શીખો. માત્ર ૧૦ દિવસમાં (૪૦ કલાક) અંગેજી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય ભાષા શીખવાનો અવસર. 

Life Skills and Employability Skills:

તમારા વ્યાવસાયિક અને વ્યક્તિગત વિકાસ માટે લાઈફ સ્કિલ્સ અને ઇમ્પ્લોયાબીલિટી સ્કિલ્સને સમજવું જરૂરી અત્યંત મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે. સમયનું સંચાલન, સંઘર્ષ વ્યવસ્થાપન અને સંચાર જેવી લાઈફ સ્કિલ્સ જીવનને સરળ બનાવે છે અને આત્મવિશ્વાસ અને વ્યવહાર ક્ષમતા વધારે છે. ટેકનિકલ કુશળતા, નમ્રતા અને ટીમવર્ક જેવી ઇમ્પ્લોયાબીલિટી સ્કિલ્સ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નોકરી મેળવવામાં અને કારકિર્દીમાં આગળ વધવામાં મદદરૂપ થાય છે. આ કૌશલ્યો કાર્યક્ષમતા અને શ્રેષ્ઠતા વધારવા માટે અનિવાર્ય છે. આ બંને કૌશલ્યો સાથે, તમે માત્ર કાર્યક્ષમ જ નહીં, પણ વધુ સુખી અને સફળ જીવન જીવી શકો છો.

English Language Training was conducted by RAM Enterprise Rajkot and supported by Bolbala Charitable Trust Rajkot and Suraksha Setu Society Rajkot City Police from 15 December 2015 to 25 February 2016 at Shree Bawajiraj Primary School No. 4 Soni Bazaar Rajkot. 100 students took the Proficiency Test in English conducted by Tripada Singapore Internation LTD and received the international level certificate. Funds amounting to Rs. 1,20,000 were received from Suraksha Setu Society Rajkot City Police.

Soft Skills and Professional Development Training

1. We trained 65 students of IX and X grades at Adarsh Nivasi Shala (S.C), Kumar Kankot, Rajkot, for the SCOPE Cambridge Placement Test (CPT) under the Academy for Computer Training (ACTUNIV Group), Ahmedabad. The Two-Hour training sessions ran from 1 September to 25 December 2016.

2. We trained 96 students in the Words Worth PREP I English Language Program with a government certificate at Gyan Education and Charitable Trust, Rajkot. The Seventy-Five-Hour Program, under the Academy for Computer Training (ACTUNIV Group), Ahmedabad, was supported by Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd from 30 November 2016 to 13 January 2017.

3. In collaboration with the District Institute of Education & Training (DIET), Rajkot, we trained 70 government teachers for the SCOPE Cambridge Placement Test (CPT). The Sixty-Hour training, conducted under the ACTUNIV Group, occurred at Gyan Education and Charitable Trust from 3 February to 9 March 2017.

4. In collaboration with Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, we conducted SCOPE English Cambridge Placement Test (CPT) training for 45 government English language teachers. The training was conducted on 18th and 19th September 2017 at the Block Resource Centre, Kothariya Village, Rajkot, under Concepts Institute of Education, Ahmedabad.

5. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training for teachers was conducted at Eklavya Model Residential School, Panchmahal (Godhara), under the Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Tribal Sub Plan, Godhra (Panchmahals), on 1st and 2nd May 2018.

8. We conducted a workshop on English Language Teaching at Gurukul Mahila Arts & Commerce College, Porbandar, from 10 to 16 January 2024. During this workshop, students received training on how to teach Spoken English in Gujarat state. They also gained hands-on experience by teaching English to English medium students. The students took both a pre-test and a post-test and received a workshop certificate. We have established a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Gyan Education and Charitable Trust Rajkot and Gurukul Mahila Arts & Commerce College, Porbandar. This agreement facilitates the annual exchange of expertise and the organization of student career counselling sessions.
